Empty box opening

So when I try to change keybinds, etc, an empty box with no words opens in the middle of the screen with a checkmark box that basically wont go away. Check the box and hit enter? Nothing. Dont check the box? nothing. Basically CTL/ALT/DEL and close the game is all you can do. Anyone else seeing this? if so, how do you get around it?

Looks like a mod issue. You will need to get rid all (or most) of your mods to find out which one is the cause.

Hey don't know if you fixed the issue yet. Had the same thing, for me it was ImpUI mod, I disabled it in Vortex and now everything runs smooth.
