I think this is the worst part of the game.
Its just flat out annoying and not fun.
Not only that its impossible to res your characters if you fail so if you didnt save you can just go ♥♥♥♥ yourself IG

IDK who thought this was a good idea but they were wrong. Flat out.

Idk, I feel like the cheese method was not that big of a deal.
I think removing it was the worst change.
That method let me avoid the singular part of the game that I dont find fun.

I am considering just putting this game down because I just dont want to play this part again. It is that frustrating

You can apparently just skip all of the trials if you use knock on the last door. I didn't wanna do that my first playthrough though.

I think I walk half the way, then pop a potion of fly. Sounds like SH can't autowalk this anymore, which is a shame.

Trials were fun first time, but subsequent runs, I cheese.

i just used a scroll of fly on shadowheart and had her fly from platform to platform, totally circumvented the invisible puzzle

Agreed, that's the worst part, at least from what I've seen.

I still don't see how people have issues with this, on my 5th run and have never had one issue with this trial.

In another thread someone said they have aphantasia, so they literally can't keep the image of the map in their mind while traversing the area, which leads to a lot of back-and-forth between the map on the floor and the character.

So yeah, some kind of disability could definitely make this harder.
