i just have 4 Wildshape forms
I had the level up curve mod in my files, the one that gets you up to level 20 in game. Something about that mod through bg3 caused the wildshapes to just disappear completely. As soon as I disabled the mod the wildshapes returned. I'm not sure if this is the problem for everyone, but this fixed it immediately for me, no file diving, no deleting any progress, just the mod being disabled. (Also make sure to double check your mods, because I've had mods that are now clung to me like a curse, that I daily have to go and disable before I start a game because it'll automatically reenable itself. I would've deleted them, but they automatically redownload themselves as well.)
I'm using that mod just fine. So either you installed it improperly, or it's something else.
I think it's conflicts with other mods, OP isn't the first to complain about Moon Druids disappearing specifically, or abilities from Moon Druids.
Usually most posts like this about Moon Druids (and mods) have something to do with changing the way leveling up works.
Well if it's conflicting with other mods, that's not really the fault of unlock level curve; or it's alternative, expansion. That would still be a mod issue, not a base game issue of course. And it would be an issue of the conflicting mod.
What these folks need to do, is go through their mods one by one, and find out which mod is conflicting with it to really get to the bottom of it. Since mine is working fine, I can safely say about 50+ that DON'T conflict with it. But some of these folks are running 100+ mods and then trying to say their mods aren't the cause of these weird one-off issues LMAO
