Well. if your changing to oath to oathbreaker. So your changing it not matter what.
I never liked oath breaker. The additional damage with aura of hate doesnt seem worth it and the AoE fear has like a 6% chance to land but thats me.
Give it a try, you might like it or your just playing it for the lore.
