l read broken promises potion's -1 perma buff can removed by killing the character and ressurrect. Pages i read was written 6 months ago , is that still working ?

It should still work. It's the same issue with permanent buffs (i.e. Loviatar's Love).

remove curse removes it, its a curse typed condition

Remove curse, or dying and resurrection. But that is about it. And why cant you remove curse?
