C'mon now. Haven't played Dark Urge, but I believe you just TEAR OFF his arm, you don't EAT it. What are you? Some kind of cannibal? (OK, actually, from what I've read, though you guys have a bit of amnesia about it, you HAVE engaged in cannibalism.)

Now stop and think. He was stuck in another dimension and instead of helping him, you tore his arm off. Do you expect him to show up later? You just sent him off into the Twilight Zone (or whatever plane he was stuck in). And if you thought he would show up, would you expect him to be able to cast spells with only one arm? :steamhappy:

For all intents and purposes, yes.

Indeed. Because he is, in fact, dead.

Pretty useful if you can't be bothered to fight the final encounter.

If he dies, wouldn't he blow up the region?

No, because he's not actually in the region. He's inside the fast travel network, which is a pocket dimension or something like that. So he'd detonate inside what is effectively a void.

He's stuck in another dimension, so he's going to blow up that one instead.

This we can completely agree on. I get a special kind of satisfaction when I get "Gale disapproves".
