Nature cleric stat spread
You obviously dont need strength cause you get thingamajig that lets you attack with wisdom.

You dont really need dex cause you get proficiency in heavy armor. But still its better then strength cause having initiave is godly.

So i was thinking something like 9 str, 12 dex, 16 con, 12 int, 16 wis, 10 cha?

9 strength strictly for carrying capacity (heavy armor). 12 dex for +1 initiative. 12 int for +1 at int checks (rock gnome + proficient in religion and nature).

I think with 16 con and 16 wis, anything else you want to do just depends on your imagination and goals. Its spread a little thin for my tastes .. I would probably have punched out a 14 in whatever skill set you want to use often (eg maybe you pick the locks with your background trait, or maybe you talk to npcs and need cha). Or you plan too far ahead rather than respec (?) and grab 17 wis for 18 when you get +1. But nothing you did is wrong, just ... preferences really.

Um, the gnomes are not well represented..
maybe:
Yondalla
A Halfling goddess of home, hearth, and nature.

Don't you need 13 strength to use heavy armour? Or is that just tabletop?

this and a number of other restrictions are not in bg3.

You should understand 1 simple ruleset:
1) STR does nothing to all casters/DEX weapon users.
2) DEX is the best stat to make it high unless you use heavy armor, 2nd best stat after main stat for any other armor users.
3) Wisdom is the best 3rd stat if you don't have a race or paladin to deal with a fear status, if you have CON is fine as 3rd.
4) Some classes don't care at all about CON cause they have invis/greater invis + PWT spell from ranger/druid/cleric and etc. (my ranger during honour run was pretty ok with 8, no hit/spot - no problem)
5) CHA s@cks unless it's your main stat, same with INT, feel free to drop them.
