Camp Inventory not working

With the introduction of it in Patch 5, it's never worked for me, but I was pretty much able to play without it. With Patch 6, they integrated the camp chest into the Camp Inventory, and now I can't access any of the items I've stored. I've verified my game integrity, uninstalled and reinstalled, disabled my mods, but it's not working. Is there a fix to this, or am I just stuck waiting for a hotfix and hoping that fixes the issue?

Started playing from a pre-patch 6 game today and now my camp chest doesn't work at all. It says there's nothing in there. Does that mean all the stuff I was storing there is gone? No matter how far back in my saves I go it doesn't work.

I believe the chest is supposed to open the Camp Inventory, which is also accessible by the icon at the bottom left of your screen. But I haven't been able to access the camp inventory since it's introduction, so it maybe bugged.

Get rid of any mods and try. it is a mod not updated that would be causing the issue.

lol i had the same problem. look at the tabs on top of the chest in camp. You can now switch between other camp members and the chest. For some reason on some playthroughs it starts as default to another companion and not the chest.

Still having this issue, anyone have any luck? I've uninstalled all mods, checked file integrity, started new games, deleted and reinstalled, and still cant access camp inventories. I started a multiplayer game with a friend, they can access it no problem. I've also noticed I'm unable to open bags while in a trade menu. Any help would be appreciated

What ended up fixing it for me was updating the improved UI mod

This was perfect! There's a little tab at the top and you scroll over from the character to the actual inventory
