Deva Mace Drop Rates?

hey yall so i am in act three towards the middle of it. and then i saw a video on the Deva Mace and decided id get myself 1 or 2 of them. every time i loot chest then i leave and go outside to cure the curse outside where the angel will turn into a pouch i go look and its empty? ive fought and beat the deva by reloading my save probably 20+ times now and no mace has dropped

it’s not supposed to drop naturally, it’s actually a bug to get the weapon

I don’t know if it’s fixed by Patch 6, try the “Where to find” in the link I gave you.

Prior to patch 6, I was able to pickup the deva corpse and then search for 'deva' in my inventory and move it to someone else. I don't know if that still works after patch 6.

The corpse turns into a loot bag after a long rest and then you can loot it from there. At least it that's how it worked for me on the last patch. I just killed a Deva in the basement, picked up his body with a strong character (Karlach, Lae'zel, or just chug a str elixir), went to camp, drop the body on the floor, then long rest. In the morning his body was a loot bag with the mace in it.

Just google cleric abilities, divine interaction is what you need.

It's not, as far as I know.

The weapon deals the highest amount of damage out of any weapon in the game.

It would be news to me as well. But then I did not check on everything after the patch.

The legendary mace you get from Divine Intervention isn't bad ... it is a +3 mace with 1d8 extra radiant damage ....

But it seems odd to waste Divine Intervention on acquiring THAT when there are far better cleric weapons in the game. Especially as there is a far better use (Sunder the Heretical) for Divine Intervention which you only get to use once. (Well, without mods anyway.)

The Deva's mace is a very nice weapon. But it isn't meant for players to acquire. As always, there were ways to get it through exploits. I don't judge. Exploit as you wish, but they might have patched this one in Patch 6.

Only if your enemy is immune to radiant damage.
