The odd user has offered me potential solutions in my own threads that you could try. I can't confirm any of them.

I still think your best bet for the "Trespassing Everywhere" bug is to file a report at https://larian.com/support/baldur-s-gate-3#modal
And hope that Larian will patch it soon.
I've sent a report myself with a copy of my save and a description of the issue. Also a link to some footage I took of the bug in action.
Actually, there is a strategy that works I learned this morning. You can find a waypoint rift gate. Travel outside of Baldur's Gate to Rivington or close to (point is to fast travel to another region). It'll remove the bug as far as I can tell. I did that and returned to the docks. Was able to move around Baldur's Gate again and visit my camp without issue.
It was a tip passed to me by another user in my old thread. But I needed both free time to do it and time to see pass in the game to know if it's really gone. Also Larian not patching it this morning was extra motivation. Anyways, hope that helps.
