Since the patch came out today I assume it can be every mod possible out for the game, Besides the ones that managed to update on the same day as this patch I turned off all my mods and am playing another origin character today for this exact issue I figured I would have using a save with any mods.
What would be considered an override mod? Still kinda new to the modding scene
even with override files removed? I might've just gotten lucky, mine fixed itself after I removed them.
BetterContainers5x5.pak
ImprovedUI Assets.pak
ImprovedUI.pak
ModFixer.pak (if its any standalone override causing the issue it's probably this one)
Patches_for_VFX_Heads.pak
Plus UI.pak
moving the overrides to a separate folder fixed the issue for me.
If you're using bg3ModManager its fairly easy as they list themselves below the active mods.
if you really want you could just move all mods to another folder if you don't wanna search for which ones to remove
I'm sure there are many different things causing this problem, but that's what worked for me.
Hope that helps someone.
