No new kisses animations after patch 6

I don´t know why but I still got the old simple kisses animations even after patch 6, does somebody know why I don't have the new kisses animations?

Not true. I just tested with Gale and asked him to kiss and they have new kissing scenes showing randomly whenever you ask him to kiss.

I know, I've seen other people's playthrough and they got the new kisses animations, that's why I don't understand why I still got the old ones

I am getting my kissing scenes skipped over as well after the new patch update. I even updated all my mods and I still can't get a kiss from Gale.

I haven't seen one new kissing animation with gale. I just get the old kiss every time 😭 idk what's happening

Seriously... With so many DEADLY IMPORTANT things to improve, Larian worries about... Kissing anymations... Really, Larian? Meeeehhhhhh.... Thumbs down on this one for you guys...

I've had this problem too, I've deleted all mods and then I can't talk to anyone and then I've reinstalled my game a few times and it just glitches out and I just don't know what to do as I've almost finished the game but don't wanna finish until the game stops bugging

I got the new kisses, but the forehead kiss animation is broken for me.

It could be the case that you need to start a fresh game. A big update might have so many logic and scripting changes that you're just boxed out in your current game.

I have the same problem as you. My Astarion kiss scene only worked in one scene. The remaining two scenes were not shown.TT

Were they new scenes? I thought they were improving the ones that were crazy awkward. If they were improving the awkward ones you might not notice anything new - since the original scene was likely designed with your character in mind.

It's so obvious the scenes were designed around male female pairings and recycled no matter what gender your character is.

Btw, if you are using the "Sex Framework" mod, it just got updated but it seems that it breaks the kissing (chars are kissing the air).
I was using their previous version (that still worked for me after the patch) and kissing worked but after updating to the new version I also get the kissing the air issue.

Script extender fixed most of the kisses for me, but I'm still not getting new animations for gale. I started a new play through. I hope it helps me get the new kisses from gale.
