Any info on future sales?

My girlfriend and I are looking for co-op games to play and we used to play D&D before the group we played with had a falling out. We're interested in getting BG3 but can't justify the price right now. Does anyone have any clues on when is the next time this will go on sale?

Spring sale is the next big sale and is in mid March, i would wish list and check then.

Sure, but probably only 10% or 15% max. BG3 is still winning awards left and right. I would just spring for it now rather than try to save $12 - $18 later.

Co-op that doesn't cost a lot:

* Solasta's your the budget 5e move. Pretty sure that has co-op.

* DOS2 is stellar and definitely has co-op but it's more Larian's offbeat take on high fantasy -- it's not D&D at all but has a very similar open-ended exploration / tun-based combat / heavy story and dialogue sort of setup to BG3 (the big difference is a lack of cinematic AAA production feel).

But BG3 is entirely worth it. I've logged 600h on this game FFS -- it's uncanny. It's not headed to GamePass and it's in a strong critical position to not end up on Epic Free day or a major discount any time soon.
