Stuck in Menu (Leftclick possibly not working anymore?)

after the update I'm currently trapped in the menu and cannot click anything, I don't have a controller so I can't rlly test this for sure but it seems my left mouse click is suddenly unbound in game? I can left click the opening screen (press any button to continue) but thats it and left clicking does not animate the cursor (right click does animate but does nothing)

I saw a post from a half a year ago about clearing out an inputconfig(?) file but i cannot find any of those on my pc. Any help would be appreciated, tysm in advance

Update: For anyone still having this issue, and if its not caused by the mods. Did you switch your right and left mouse click around? If so, that's the culprit. I did it because that's what I'm familiar with cause of League of Legends

To solve it, you need to do a few things, I'll copy paste what (SirRayos) said on reddit

For me it was because I had swapped around the keybindings of Interact (Left Mouse by default) and Context Menu (Right Mouse by default). This rebinding was a tad problematic in previous patches already as it prevented dragging items around in the game world. Also that rebinding did not used to do anything to the clickability of game menus or the ability bar. Now it seems to be affecting that as well, but the game appears not to accept Right Mouse as a key that does selections.

Deleting my profiles from the game files and relaunching the game reset my settings and I could use the menus, though now with the default keybinds. Binding it same way I had before brought the issue back. I've found no permanent fix.
Maybe hotkeying it so that mouse button inputs are mirrored before being sent to BG3.exe could work, though that's a jank solution.

You can access the Appdata folder by typing "%appdata%" in file explorer, then at the top navigation click AppData so you see that folder instead of the AppData\Roaming subfolder it places you in. Proceed to Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\ and delete all loose files EXCEPT Savegames folder (you'll want to keep those I think). Launch the game.

Same problem here since the update. Did go in to keybindings as well.
