Vendors buggy and making game crash

I've had my game crash twice when trying to drag items.
Not to mention that their items for sale bug at first to not show, if I buy something, it sometimes lags before transferring to me, and I've have multiple times where it simply wouldn't allow me to buy unless I tried it multiple times.

The vendors also bug when I leave and I get stuck on the screen before they say goodbye pretty much every time.

Please fix this! I miss the old vendors right now!

Do you have any mods? What happens when it crashes?
I was able to drag and drop and had no issues with accessing anything on the characters from old saves.

Have absolutely no mods on. Keep having the issue pop up.

If you meet a trader the first time after patch 6. After entering the trading screen do nothing, just leave it. Speak to the trader again.
