How many gigabytes is Baldur’s Gate 3
On the requirements it says the game is 150GB but usually the requirements are always false like RDR2 is 150GB but is 119GB, how much storage is this game?

The requirements could be taking into account what the full release version is going to look like.

Typically, space requirements are less about how much the game actually occupies and more about the amount you want to have for smooth operation of the product.
