Strangely enough, the movie was liked by critics and moviegoers and from what I have heard, more than enough people watched the movie.
Oh well, 150 million is a really high budget. Here's hoping that the movie catches on when it releases on Blueray/ via streaming.

As swim mentioned the difference here was expectations. I brought my gf expecting a light hearted fantasy action/comedy and was pleasantly surprised. My GF loved it.
You just had epic expectations and found it wanting. Which is understandable. It was never going to be an epic Lotr type movie
I brought my DnD campaign with me, and everybody loved it.
I've never seen Genasi written as "Djinassi", and the name makes so much more sense to me now.
