Character creation sucks

I'm a little disappointed that rpg game in 2023 has no advanced character editor.
The fact that I can't a create sexy elf with a lovely ass really spoils whole experience

Well first off, the word 'sarcastically' is here. Then there's the fact it's about not using non-human racial options instead of anything about gender or race.

And bringing 'straight' into it like that's even a character creation option lol.


It looks like Byteside complained about it, Kotaku AU did, and I'll just assume Polygon did because it's Polygon.

Larian though? Nope.

I'll agree and say yes with a caveat.....
It's more likely Destruction is the path to conformity for the harmonious diversity but reality sets in and it is chaos, otherwise the United States would be the most harmonious place on earth. I can get behind and agree with melodic. Discord and syncopation makes for great music.

CC is bad because in this day and age an AAA game that heavily features the character in all dialogues as cutscenes, even minor ones - had to do better in terms of the tech used to support said CC. Pre-combined meches for the faces without at least partial face edits just won't cut it. No matter how many faces they add it'd be impossible to please even a fraction of players.

Idk why they didn't go for making separate face parts - or better yet vertex editing. Heck, Skyrim had the former and Fallout 4 had the latter, both are now very old games. It'd be all fine if the game didn't feature MC's mug at every opportunity.. but it does.

P.S. I applause the moderators. Really. They didn't remove the thread despite heated debates and didn't censor opinions which are important. Not like other hubs where I see a remotely politically charged post and the whole thread goes to aether.

Uhm... Yeah about that.. 😅

As much as the current CC is lacking its been confirmed to receive additional options when the game releases.

The only additional option shown to what we have in EA was a body type selector. Anything more is speculation.

So people get mocked for playing as those characters now. Funny.

What if they had of made that joke about African American male characters. I doubt it would have been given a free pass.
