How do I kill the spider queen?

Ive detroyed all the eggs in stealth but the queen seems impossible to kill, 8 out of 10 attacks miss and she kills my whole team

She takes about 40-ish damage if you attack the web she's on and there's a decent chance she'll teleport to the webs. Also if you're not hitting well see if your character has darkvision if not well they're effectively blind underground my dude what do you expect? If that's not the case you can use stuff like bane/bless to make them easier to hit, acid vials and arrows can work as well as they lower anything standing in acids AC by 2. You can also use things like height and conditions like dazed and battlemasters trip to make monsters easier to hit.

This is an excerpt from something I just wrote about it.

When you go into the Well at Blighted Village and it leads to the Phase Spider Matriarch, that fight was a ♥♥♥♥♥. That ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥ was one shotting my guys repeatedly, reload after reload. Then on accident, instead of attacking her I attacked the webbing she was standing on. That destroyed the webbing and caused her to fall to the ground, losing about 1/4th of her HP and going prone. The fight was trivial after that because every web bridge she stood on, I shot out and repeated the process. Took what was a difficult fight and simplified it for thinking outside the box.

in the well?

burn the web she stands on, she falls like 30 feet (so probably like 20ish damage) and falls prone, in that time your frontliners can reach her and keep her on the bottom floor.

if you have a rogue, sneak attacks from above will basically just keep hitting for double digits easily.

repeat until dead, if the spiders get to the top floor, just shove them down and watch them die.

She likes to stand on webs spanning across chasms. They are highly flammable and the queen can't fly... You'll miss out on a poisoner's cloak, I think, if you let her fall to the 'chasm' that way. Other than that, come back later. This game wants you to take on such fights well prepared with counters/protections or when you're just overleveled, you will steamroll her.

I know it's bothersome to have to back down from a fight, but there are teleporter stones nearby, so it's no biggie to come back later/better prepared.

by the time you get to the fillage you should be lvl 3ish which is good enough to take her on, on balanced anyway.

Give her the drop. Sneak attacks if possible. If she's prone then 3m attacks will have advantage and you can nuke-prone her 3 times with the bridges--roughly 40 damage each and she prefers teleporting to those if you can't be seen from below.

Try to sneak-bash the eggs before the fight. It makes things a lot easier though she can create a cluster in combat. Less is more.
The spider patrol can be lured out of sight and hit with sneak attacks before the fight. Use that to your advantage on the ledge before the general boss area.

BRING POISON RESISTANCE OR ANTIDOTE. Mama hits like a freaking tank with that. Try not to melee with more fragile classes when she's able to move. Low AC means you die. Don't bunch up too close---splash damage is very much a thing.

I shot the web out from under her when she was standing on the green portal hole thingy to the under Underdark. I was bummed I couldn't loot her, but found out you can jump into that hole using feather foot, and landed on her body.

I reloaded many times when trying to fight her at Lvl 3. Came back at Lvl5, but this time had Wyll with me -- one eldritch blast, and I accidentally "yeeted" her into the chasm. LOL. That means I couldn't loot her corpse, but it FELT so satisfying!

Burn the webs when she gets on them. Fall damage with a chance of prone. That’s how I did it.

Yeah, she takes like 40 damage per fall

by hitting it till it's hit points reach 0

Easiest "Boss" fight in the game.

Press G to disconnect the party.
Sneak with someone around to burn the net she is standing on with your fire cantrip.
Half HP gone, surprised status.
Sneak with melee right up her bum and smackaroo.. if you have a speed potion and extra attack.. that is 4 hits with Leazel or Karliah. Do it with both and the queen drops in 1 round.
