Inventory Right Click -> "Custom", What does this do?

Anyone figured it out?

It adds the item to your "Custom" hotbar, if you're using M+KB it's one of the options near the the bottom-middle of the screen.

You can sort your hotbars at the bottom of the screen using the buttons:
Common / Class / Items / Passives / Custom

Actions / Items that you put on the Custom bar can be quickly accessed by pressing the corresponding Numbers 1-9+ on your keyboard. IE. Can set Melee Attack to 1, Eldritch Blast to 2, etc.
