Gloves of Archery Help (Minor spoilers)

So... the goblin merchant was the one (I'm pretty sure) who sold gloves of archery.... I've already killed the 3 goblin leaders and had to kill everyone in the area. The teiflings already left the canyon so if that blacksmith has them, I woudn't know. But the vendor in the glade and the black market guys under the burning manor don't sell them. I switched my archer up and they now use a longbow. I don't want to waste a feat to get them proficient in it. (Because they aren't). Thoughts on how to get the gloves still? Or proficiency without a feat?
