Help Kith'rak Voss quest bug? [Possible spoiler]

After a long playthrough I had been exploring and fighting for a while since starting Act 2 without taking a break. Finally, I made it to Raphael and accepted a quest to retrieve an Orphic Hammer. The next step was to meet with Voss, but I decided to take a rest and save the game for the next day.

When I returned to play, I realized that I had forgotten about Voss and had been exploring the game without meeting him. Eventually, I reached a quest where my companion Lae'zel was kidnapped by Orin. After rescuing her, I looked for Voss's quest but it had disappeared from the map and he was nowhere to be found.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is it a bug? Are there any known solutions?

I apologize if my English is not perfect, as I am still learning.

yeah I cant find him either. still says to find him in the taproom at sharess caress but no marker and hes not there.

Same. Quest is in journal, but Voss is not in Sharess's Caress and anywhere else.

At the brothel he should be on the second floor right after taking stairs from main lobby. If he's really not there, maybe game skipped that step and teleported him straight to the sewers? I'm not finding him either. Not in the bordello or in the sewers.

Is it possible to complete the endgame without doing this? I do see a marker for him on the map. It puts him in a building across the street from Sharess Caress, but when I broke into it he's not there either.

Mine is bugged too, but not like yours.
I have talked to Raphael and refused his deal, then Voss is appeared at second floor, but I cannot talk to him to continute the quest.

I'm having this exact issue right now and I'm worried I can't progress the game because I'm not sure what other quests I can do without accidentally making hard progress and skipping some things.

same here, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying, i have the hammer, hes been in the sewers all this time then when you progress the deal with the devil he bugs out.

He is in one of the rooms on the second floor talking to Raphael :3

Anybody found a solution? I cant find him after declining raphaels offer. His and Raphaels marker also both are at a different spot where i went to go see but there is nothing there. (In the building diagonally opposite to Sharess Caress)

You took the wrong route. Sharess' caress have multiple floors which stretches across the road above. Go back into Sharess' caress, upstairs and then 'across'.

I use minor illusion to lure him out of the devil's den and lead him to the second floor (above the bar) and just right before you are about to go down the stairs, start a conversation with him. It worked for me.

Thank you so much! I used Astarion - Minor illusion to move him towards main room and he started to speak! Also I've read that you can carry him if you drink "hill giant strenght" potion but I didn't check this option.

only problem is 9 out of 10 you need to reapply
