What are the best looking clothes and where do you get them?

Genuine question, what is the difference between the Opalescent Outfit, the Magnificently Realised Ensemble and the City of Brass outfit. They all look exactly the same with the same dye colours. Did someone just come up with one form of very fancy city attire and they named it different things to give the impression there were more versions?

Water Queen's Servant's Clothing - Tidestriders or something. I think I saw it somewhere it's obtainable via mod. Not vanilla though :c
