I'd pick Sorcerer for my Dark Urge playthrough. Oh and for a legit Dark Urge playthrough you should lose them all. I think this is why hirelings are a thing.

To answer your question, Wyll and Karlach leave guaranteed, Gale can be convinced to stay.

if you side with minthara during goblins you lose wyll and karlach but you can also lose gale unless you save scum a roll for him to stay

Fair warning, evil playthrough is bugged, I'd wait for a patch. And supposedly you likely lose 3-4 NPCs to it

You can potentially loose all of them as evil dark urge depending on your choices and rolls.

The only ones that flat out aren't cool with evil stuff are Wyll and Karlach as far as I know.

Of the 2 OG characters that join later I think you can basically deceive them into joining you, but do anything too evil and they might leave too. Can't say for sure on them.

In case its not obvious Halsin is also a no-go

Do a 3-man custom run, using Minthara as your 4th. You can build a team around her, and get rid of the other loser companions. Use Shadowheart as your fourth until you get Minthara, if you want.

I'm doing similar to that, I made a Ranger/Rogue as my MC, added two custom characters (through multi-host), Sorcerer and Druid. I've been using the Half-orc hireling Kerz as my fighter, until I unlock Minthara in Act 2. I'm thinking I will multi-class Minthara as Fighter/Cleric, to be more like a traditional drow. Although, her Paladin class might be fun too.
