I had the same issue when I knocked out her brothers earlier and the game acted like they were dead.
Knocked out enemies "should" wake up after a long rest, so you could try that, but I read elsewhere that she just disappears.
I ended up reloading and doing the fight again.
She just dies after short rest, which is odd since she is definetly just unconcious.
Imho knockdown should just wear off after some time and never kill anyone...
It does for some characters, for example the guys in the masks earlier in that area I knocked out and after a long rest they were no longer there. So, I assume they got up and buggered off.
The game definitely has a problem dealing with knocked out quest NPCs though. Feels like a right-click help/wake up option could solve the issue.
But not only that, it's likely to glitch out the game and their corpses are likely to just disappear - corpses that you might NEED or want later. I had an important quest be rendered unfinishable because I knocked out someone whose corpse I would need later.
Yep. She is already knocked up, so dont knock her down or out.
Did the prospective kid a favour too.
