Karlach and Wyll Multiplayer?

Howdy!

How does a Karlach and Wyll multiplayer run work? Do they have any interactions together if they're both controlled by players?

My friend wants to play Karlach and so I thought I'd go Wyll to hunt them but that might hurt the experience for them.

There is no pvp.
You would get along as there is no dialog between player charactes.

what kind of interaction? each player has to make an avatar (which takes up a slot) but u can assign control of party members to each player. so yeah, u could have one friend playing wyll and one playing karlach. but fights wouldnt formally be turn-based fights and theres no in-game chat and players cant have cutscenes/conversations with a character they arent assigned control of. i dont think multiplayer is good for character-focused roleplay on its own.

I tried playing this with my GF, but once either of us selected Wyll or Karlach in CV the other character got locked.

So you are unable to play Wyll and Karlach together in the MP

Yeah we figured this out a couple weeks ago. Funny how no one knew.
