Kill all gondians or not
I've completed steel watch foundry and I now have an option to let them kill all gondians or convince to let gondians go.

If I choose to convince them, the quest say sth like "they will revenge". What's the consequence of these two options?

I just use the bomb and let them live, the gondians will join you if you let them live in the last battle. The other party just whine but in the end didn't complain much.

I was unable to save anyone in the second battle (-1F) in the foundry... just too many enemies... Not sure how many of them would help me in the end

I got an invisibility spell and used it to place the bomb, no boss battle for me. :VBCOOL:

I convinced them to let the Gondians be free, no purpose in killing them anyway, and if there was a consequence to that decision I didn't notice it.

I think the only result of the steel foundry is not having to deal with the steel watchers anymore, in particular when going to kill Gortash

2 got killed, the rest got away in my play through. Should be more showing up in the last battle.

The boss drops a legendary bow. If you have an archer in your team I would suggest you to smash the giant gundam XD

Bows are UP compared to Melee weapons so who cares.

Bows are overpowered lol. Perhaps you haven't figured out how to play with them yet.

You can't save them all. Also if you kill Gortash before attempting the Steel Foundry, the foundry blows up. Also I used the bomb meant to blow the foundry up to blow Gortash up.

If you saved the Ironhand gnomes, they will face off with the gondians. IF not, things just "end there" unless you did not saved the hostages.
I honestly started killing wulbren, and all ironhand, besides Thulla because she is cute, and I like her. At the end, they face off, and even if you get only the blind gnome alive, he will try to kill the poor sod. Same reason even if I leave the Duke to die, I always save Obelia. It is something I need to do, I guess.
But overall, have been killing everyone after the first few plays because these guys are crap. They all seem nice like the tieflings, but they are like wild guavas, you have to open up to be sure they are not rotten.

You have so many allies in the ending fight that not having the Gonds really won't hurt you. Just don't call for allies during the first part, because they'll probably get blasted to bits by artillery going up the stairs... (I saved my allies for the brain fight area)

You should not need to, if you get the many ways in which you can have long jump, fly or misty step, you just jump by the right side broken path and you get up almost without any impacting fight.
