How do you ritual cast a spell
Am I missing something? I don't see any way to ritual cast a spell as a wizard.

Just curious but have you put the spell in your actual memorised spells? I haven't tested it yet but I believe even wizards need to have it memorised to cast it even as a ritual. As I'm playing a wizard I should probably test if I can cast directly from my book actually...
If that's true, it's a major change from regular D&D. One of the perks of being a wizard is not having to prepare ritual spells.

you dont have to prepare ritual spells its just that theres some spells in the game that have a slightly different name that function weirdly. 1st it calls them ritual spells but they can only be used once untill you get in combat then you gain 1 charge, which again is really weird but thats what the text says on some of them.

It was one of the many perks* At least we're still the superior arcane caster!

After a bit of googling, it seems that I might need the Ritual Caster feat, which you do not need in D&D. Is anyone ritual casting without taking the feat?

its not a thing in this game as this isnt actually a D&D game. Hell feats are a optional rule in 5e and thats not how any of that works. Just dont look up D&D info and try to apply it to this game it really doesnt work like that.

Is that a confirmation that the feat is required?

Wyll has summon familiar as a ritual spell -- it recharges after a short rest; so if you've cast your ritual spell once, check to see if it says when it recharges.

I haven't ever cast any ritual spells. That's why I'm asking. I know how it's supposed to work. I just can't figure out how to do it in game.

Through experimenting I have found that even as a wizard you have to have the spell prepared (which is lame). If you unprepare the spell the effect goes away unless the effect is permanent. So it doesn't affect Find Familiar too badly, but it does seem like an excessive amount of micro managing that didn't need to be added to the game.

If it's too much micro management, then don't do it.

Which one?
The one I'm specifically trying to use is Find Familiar: Cheeky Quasit, but I can't get any of my ritual spells to work. *edited for exact spell name.
Because this is a ritual spell that u can use once per short rest.
