How do you ritual cast a spell

Am I missing something? I don't see any way to ritual cast a spell as a wizard.

Click on the spell, click on the ground or target and the ritual will be cast.

You know how to cast spells, yes? If you hover your cursor over them, and if they are rituals, it says so in their description, as in, Ritual.

Speak with Animals and Speak with Dead are rituals for example.

Cast them out of combat.

Ritual cast simply means it doesn't consume a spell slot if used outside of combat.

Theres only 6 ritual spells in the game.

Alsy, while Rituals in the Pen and Paper needs 10 minutes and upwars to be cast that way, in BG3 you can consider them extra cantrips.

The one I'm specifically trying to use is Find Familiar: Cheeky Quasit, but I can't get any of my ritual spells to work. *edited for exact spell name.

Common summons use spell slots, maybe you have no spell slots left. Only special summons are free.

Just curious but have you put the spell in your actual memorised spells? I haven't tested it yet but I believe even wizards need to have it memorised to cast it even as a ritual.

oh i know whats going on. OP that spell recharges once after every combat if i remember correctly.

If that's true, it's a major change from regular D&D. One of the perks of being a wizard is not having to prepare ritual spells.
