How to use your bank account?

I know you can use tp arrow to get into the room and use safe 4 but how to unlock your own safe legit? Like why is there no staff to open the door for me after I paid for a new account?

Edit: At the counting house you can pay 10k gold to open an new account and they give you the keys to safe box 4 but you can't use the key because the safe is behind a fence. the way to get around it is to use transportation arrow but I am asking if there is a legit way to use the safe box with your key

Something like this happened to me once, too.

I know that this is an old post, but I am at this point. I just want to access the bank account that I spent 100K HARD EARNED gold pieces! Did you find a way to do this "legally"?
