Hello i was wondering which one should i do 1st can i even enter the Moonrise tower without removing the Curse ??

When you get to a point of no return it will give you a warning. You'll want to finish up all your business in the tower and whatever you can in Act 2 before going past that warning.

- Talk to the Absolute and discover that she's being held captive by the Chosen
- Convince the kitchen gnolls kill their handler and side with you ( useful if you choose to assault the tower later )

Where to get that potion +2 ?

There's a drow chick that mixes potions called Araj Oblondra.
She's at X: -136 Y: -190.
She'll ask for Astarion to bite her, if you agree she'll give you the +2 permanent STR.
She also asks you for a drop of your blood in order to make some special concoction.
She'll also gives you a special concoction unique to your player race ( the human potion gives you Expertise on all Skills until your next Long Rest ).
You can talk to her with all your party members.
She'll only give you the +2 STR potion once, but she'll give the special concoction once per character that speaks to her.

Dragonborn, human, gith, and tiefling concotion is rather good so its worth to pass the check to know what drow she is and then she will add 200 gold for each blood, and then recruit a hireling with mentioned race
