Why is every bg3 player trans?

I logged onto twitch to get the twitch rewards and noticed every male streamer is playing a female character, and I noticed this too on the steam forums everyone's screenshot show nice looking female characters but they are clearly men.

Is this game very popular with trans people?

Is your character is a girl but you're not? Trans.

Is your character a Dragonborn? You're now a furry.

Is your character a wizard? Those don't exist. You must be a deluded lunatic who thinks they can cast spells.

You can see where I'm going with this. OP must think that you can only play this game if you make up yourself as a character. And for it to REALLY be accurate, you'd need to dump all your stats and get a mod to play as a commoner class... because none of us are wizards or plate-wearing paladins irl. Am I allowed to make a bearded male if I'm clean-shaven?
Or is that a sign that I identify as someone with a beard? Where does it end?

It doesn't... because this idea is stupid. The OP's argument is stupid. Everyone giving it their time by posting here in response to something this stupid is stupid.

It's fine for me tho... I identify as stupid.

Usually, i play both genders in equal proportion. And because i despise "modern idendity politics" (on which OP most likely clowns upon), i don't have to "feel represented". Being someone you are absolutely not in RL is half the fun of roleplay.

On a personal note: The reason why i've played less men in BG3 up until recently is, because i find most of the male heads ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly and unfitting. I even consider Larians design decisions and interpretation in regards to D&D fantasy races overall a failure. Pushed in human ethnicities where they dont belong. Bulky, full human bone structures overall and stubble on male elves (wtf?). Where are the traditionally attractive Halflings? No wonder so many people play female Humans, Half-Elves, Elves and Tieflings.

Only thanks to mods i feel a lot more conftable creating male characters. So at least there is that.
