damn where did the schizo kids go? the padded room? lmao lol
Is your character is a girl but you're not? Trans.
Is your character a Dragonborn? You're now a furry.
Is your character a wizard? Those don't exist. You must be a deluded lunatic who thinks they can cast spells.
You can see where I'm going with this. OP must think that you can only play this game if you make up yourself as a character. And for it to REALLY be accurate, you'd need to dump all your stats and get a mod to play as a commoner class... because none of us are wizards or plate-wearing paladins irl. Am I allowed to make a bearded male if I'm clean-shaven?
Or is that a sign that I identify as someone with a beard? Where does it end?
It doesn't... because this idea is stupid. The OP's argument is stupid. Everyone giving it their time by posting here in response to something this stupid is stupid.
It's fine for me tho... I identify as stupid.
the difference is that you can be MALE dragonborn or a MALE wizard, can you be a MALE female wizard? what would you call that? oh..
But to more important things: twitch rewards? Still available? Someone enlighten me. :D
Because they can.
Truth is, games been rigged from the start
Usually, i play both genders in equal proportion. And because i despise "modern idendity politics" (on which OP most likely clowns upon), i don't have to "feel represented". Being someone you are absolutely not in RL is half the fun of roleplay.
On a personal note: The reason why i've played less men in BG3 up until recently is, because i find most of the male heads ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly and unfitting. I even consider Larians design decisions and interpretation in regards to D&D fantasy races overall a failure. Pushed in human ethnicities where they dont belong. Bulky, full human bone structures overall and stubble on male elves (wtf?). Where are the traditionally attractive Halflings? No wonder so many people play female Humans, Half-Elves, Elves and Tieflings.
Only thanks to mods i feel a lot more conftable creating male characters. So at least there is that.
Then some people here try to explain what trans means and he still doesn't understand it, or doesn't want to understand it in order to be able to continue trolling.
The example has already been given: I'm not allowed to play Tomb Raider anymore? You're inevitably a woman and what about women who want to play God of War?
It's simply b+u+ll+s+h+i+t, I've been playing pen and paper RPGs for more than 35 years...D&D or the German counterpart DSA and I mostly play women, not always but mostly...why, well why shouldn't I play them ?, THIS is RPG.
When it comes to Baldur's Gate, you should remember that it is based on D&D and you can play in multiplayer. A role-playing group should be balanced and by that I don't just mean strength, gender is also part of it. simply because it's an RPG and it's part of it.
Let's take an example from a P&P game, the group of 4 players and 4 straight men come to a tavern to get information that the innkeeper has, but he only gives it out if the woman in the group dances for them, nothing to do with nakedness or sex, Just dance, what do the 4 straight men do then, none of whom wanted to play a female character.
Finally, you should find out what trans or LGBTQ+ means
It doesn't matter whether you belong to the community or not, but a statement like, Trans is when a man wants to play a female character is simply ignorance.
Sorry for the english...it was google translate
The role of Man Who Finds Woman hot lmao
