Any ranged weapons with range farther than 18m? Or other ways to get longer range?

Pretty straight forward. Regardless of the type of ranged weapon I've found, they all seem to have the exact same range....18m. Now, this doesn't make a lot of sense, seeing as they are different designs, some of which are clearly capable of hurling a missile for a longer range than something as tiny as a hand crossbow, and still retain accuracy. But no, all it changes is the damage. So it's kind of hard to set up sniper nests, even though the game is LOADED with ideal maps to allow that very thing.

So is there any way (not counting magical attacks) that you can have ranged combat at 18m+ ? Any feats or class perks that increase ranged combat distance? A spell that gives you a buff that does it? Anything at all?
