Rusty mace

Not there. I must of sold it or something. Went to the salesman in hollow where I sell stuff and he did not have it. Killed the creche saleslady. Anyother places I may have sold it? or a cheat?

Yes. I have the ax and the sword and know where to put them, but when I went to the rusty ax spot nothing there. I must have picked it up and done something with it. Is the legendary mace worth it?

Suprise-surprise, but u can get it without that puzzle. You need to solve the puzzle only to make it easy in the end.

The mace isnt rusty, its on the corpse of one of the creatures in the winery. Its easy to miss if you dont loot them all

I did the puzzle but i never figured out what to do with the amulet you get from it. I looked everywhere

You can use any weapon of the correct type, ceremonial, magical, rusty or otherwise.

You missed to look in the creche :)

Yup, if any of your companions uses a mace, just place it on the altar. You can pick it back up after you grab the artifact.

That's false. I accidentally sold the ceremonial mace and had to use Shadowheart's magic mace.

Ok but i tried it with a magic mace and it didnt work for me, i dont know how magical it has to be but the only things that worked were the ceremonial weapons

My guess is that there's logic in place that if ceremonial weapons are available, you have to use them. But, if you're a dummy like me and sell any of them, you can complete the quest with a replacement weapon.
