Stuck on Halsin Quest

Stuck on quest "Rescue the Druid Halsin." I defeated all the goblin leaders and journal tells me to meet Halsin at camp, I go to my camp, he is nowhere to be seen. I go to the grove, it's a ghost town. Did I miss something? Did I bug it? Any help is appreciated.

Did you save him while he is in the bear form at the goblin camp?

Halsin was bugged in my game, he stayed in the work pens. I killed him to allow the quest to complete.

nope they wont, restart of the game, file integry check etc wont change the situation aswell.
it seems like this bug is known from EA aswell, but it seems like there is no solution to this except playing an older save

i think that this bug triggers if you leave the goblin camp after killing all 3 leaders, join the party - and rescue halsin after that. then he will just rott in the pen.

guess you have to talk to him BEFORE the party or your save will be a stucked one like mine

ok i can confirm the trigger for this bug.

If you go back to the camp after defeating the 3 goblin Leaders right away and join their party without rescuing Halsin forehand - you'll get bugged forever.

Yep that seems to be it. Oh well, guess no Halsin then. As far as I can tell for at least right now, it's not required to complete it, and still able to progress story.
