Shadowheart not changing

I freed Nightsong, killed Ketheric and as of now I'm in the lower city in act 3 but Shadowheart hasn't changed her hair yet. Do you have to have romanced her? Or does she only change her hair after getting to the cloister? Are there any other requirements for her hair change or is my playthrough just bugged? I'm ready to submit a bug report lol

Did you talk to nightsong at the entrance of moonrise tower after the fight? If not, she doesn’t come to your camp and I welcome you to the club of the ones missing this storyline. I finished all act 2 before starting the final fight so I went straight to the road to Baldurs gate and missed the dialogue. Realized 20h later unfortunately

Odd.. She had changed her hair for me at that time. Maybe try saving, and long resting a few times?

I'm romancing her, maybe that made the difference

I actually did try to talk to her but when I clicked on her no dialogue started so I assumed there was nothing with her anymore (see vid)

Look for that moon cleric and try talking to her instead. If she is dead for some reason, that might be why.
