It is of course the "Larian Logic" I guess.
Just now I was doing something I never did, which was refuse Khaga and unmask her in her dealings with the dark druids. What happens next is she fights me, obviously lose, but meanwhile the druids proceed to slaughter the tieflings.
Larian Logic being what it is, when I met Karlach without even being to Minthara yet, she blames me for killing the tieflings, which I never did. I never even stared funny to a tiefling the whole time.
It is so "enlightening" to see how the druids act. They lock the tieflings in the cubicle and slaughter them using animal forms. Stuff of nightmares.
She should be happy I killed all the druids, at least I prevented them from killing the tieflings that left before the slaughter (the group with the mage).
But no, Larian logic states that to conserve "paytime" to Karlach VA, she has to have two states: Tieflings alive and tieflings dead, and I am the one who killed them should they have been killed.
Honestly, it is not much, there are 5 different versions of the Karlach interactions with Wyll.
BTW, the druids killed Wyll aswell.
Similar with many things, precasting silence on auntie Ethel so she doesn't teleport? Doesn't work.
Not for me :(
