You can skip most of Moonrise Tower

Note that doing so you will miss a lot of the combat xp and a few rescue quests but if you just dgaf about that then:

When you enter the courtyard at the base of the tower, head left. You will see some vines you can climb.

Climb those, now look right and you should see a wood platform below you. Jump down to it. Then across to the next one and climb up a ladder.

Now go as far to the right as you can on this stone deck and then zoom all the way out and scroll a bit to the right. You should see another wood platform jutting out from the side of the tower pretty far away.

You should just barely be able to make it using misty step (or some other form of teleportation). Once there, head indoors and fight the one encounter just before the big scary door down the hall a bit and to the right. (This small fight should be fairly easy and I was able to beat them with just my one main character.)

After that, enable group mode on your party, save, then click the door to enter the outdoors rooftop area and get sent directly into a cut scene before a boss fight. (Your party members should automatically appear next to you when you enter the cut scene).

That's it. Not sure you would want to do it this way since it seems like you miss quite a bit of context to what's going on and that makes me think maybe it's even unintentional that you can do this, but this is just what path I naturally chose as I'm the naturally curious and exploration type person :)

Good to know but I like getting at least lvl 10 before I hit ACT 3.
I may try it out once just for the heck of it. :)

While you at it, make sure you allow Gale to blow himself up. This allows you to complete the game early and skip all Act 3.
