You can play with small boobs and butt to emulate real life. Don't worry.
If you are ashamed of your body, you shouldn't. Don't worry.
wait for mods, clothes and armor are premade, so if you change the body it doesnt change the characters.
what i mean if you change the body you'll need to alter every single piece of armor/clothing for each one of the 18 body types sets they exist (4 tiefling, 4 human like characters, 2 gnomes, 2 halflings, 2 goth yankees, 2 dragonborn and remaking all female dragonborn clothes, 2 orcs.)
its impossible. they had to make an enhanced character creator and rigg with bones and morphs way too many models, and i tell you, nobody in larian knows how to do that.
Even though I usually create a basic humanoid with unblemished skin either way, seeing people create meme characters in elden ring or ds3 is always hilarious. At least we can "kind of" create Gigachad in BG3
Most likely this design choice was made so they could save time not having to optimize all the armor for all the body types. Basically laziness.
Dude just enjoi the show.
just a hint - Sex with lights on is a quite nice experience :)
