Cant give Night orchid to Shadowheart

as title, anyone else run into this or know a solution? Ive kissed her on the rocks, i have the night orchid in my inventory but no dialogue option.

Did she tell you specifically she loves night orchids and can't swim? If so you should have a dialog option to speak of the flower again in passing to just indicate you were paying attention. I did both of those and once I got the flower it updated my personal quest log with her and so I talked to her and had the option to talk about the flower again and was able to give her one.

happened to me too, never got a workaround and probably briked the romance. than the savegame bricked altogheter in act3 when the game deleted all my rings and underpantes from every single character.
