So i gave her some of my blood, why not? gave me something but then checking immediately after my inventory is completely empty of any new things added, same for my companions, no new abilities related to any such appeared in the character sheet either, bug?

The ones she gives everyone are pretty much garbage. Anyway, sort by latest.

I did, no new potions, or whatever, just the stuff i looted before i talked to her.

Maybe it bugged? Check if someone else talking to her works.

I made astarian bite her for the +2 strength potion and she didn't give it to me. It's just no where, it doesn't exist. Very disappointing. I made astarian like me less for NO REWARD AT ALL. The character seems to be bugged nothing has ever worked for any of my play throughs. She won't sell anything new and she won't just put it into your inventory. Nothing happens.

Must be. I can tell you here's what I tried, as there are only two races whose abilities I was interested in "transferring".

Had Lae'Zel give her blood ... got potion that gives anybody Githyanki abilities.
Had Karlach give her blood ... got potion that gives anybody Tiefling abilities.

Only things I tested. Is that spectacular? Nah. But I did get the items, and they do work.

What she uses Astarion's blood for ... meh. Can kill romance if you have it, definitely gives him disapproval, temporary +2 STR buff? Not worth it.

BTW, I think any of the other folks she draws blood from get a minor debuff which lasts until LR. shrug.

It's a permanent +2 bonus to strength and that's pretty much a free feat. I consider it payback for allowing Astarion to bite ME in Act 1.
