Can't find Karlach (some act 1 spoilers)

So i already recruited Wyll and all the others in act 1. Did pretty much all quests (except Goblin camp/rescue the druid) cleared the underdark and even got on the elevator. (Had a cutszene where Wyll was turned into a devil for not slaying Karlach).

Now i wanted to recruit Karlach but cant find here at the place she should be. There is only blood, the station with the fake Paladins was just full of bodies. No one alive. Can i still find Karlach somewhere or did i miss my chance?

I think I recruited her on the spot after the thing with Wyll

That being said, with the other stuff you've done I don't know if she'd be there anymore.

already looked for the spot on maps with coodinates and there is just blood. No one there

The moment you stepped on that elevator you progressed to Act 2. Karlach's gone.

It's possible that you accidetnally locked yourself out of getting her actually, you can reload an older save and try to get to her quicker or.. wlel, to be honest you can ignore her since her story is unfinished and just convert Lae'zel into a Barbarian.
