I *REALLY* dislike Karlach

Her while dialogue is extremely modernised, written as a mix of an empowered marvel character that can do no wrong and of an average redditor.

Her model is definitely an upgrade over the EA placeholder, but her inflated face and haircut remind me of an average American political activist Karen.

Her personality is extremely soft and friendly to such a degree it feels fake, constantly speaking about how she likes everyone and supports everyone, as if she doesn't have her own opinion and just repeats stuff after others in different words. This goes entirely against her premise - a wild barbarian that can literally burn everything around her with rage. She is supposed to be volatile with her character - everything suggests that - but she is just marvel-type chill all the time which, I repeat, feels fake and cringe.

Cutting her head off every playtrough from now on.

This is the bad writers who can't put their selves in the place of the people they are writing. Instead of writing what a Tiefling Barbarian who served a devil would sound like, they instead write them like themselves or one of their friend would sound like.

Yea, he reminds me of a dude I went to college with. He was a frat guy. Drunk, loudmouth, toilet humor, and 'hur dur' attitude toward everything. 100% Karlach stays in camp all the time.

Well, every companion isn't going to "hit" with everyone, and that's a good thing, I think. You're certainly free to kill her or anyone else whenever you want.

Karlach still is that raging barbarian, who can burn everything to the ground, but she can be a bit of a softie at the same time. She's finally around people she cares about, after being isolated, betrayed, and alone for 10 years while doing the work of a devil.

I enjoyed what I've seen from her so far, but I enjoy all the companions I've chosen to use / spent time with.

So far the only character I don't like is the vampire. He just casually asked me to have sex.

It sucks because I did like having a rogue in the party. I benched him for Karlach.

Makes it all the satisfying knowing that she was a harper too if you nuke her. Karlach though is just one of those wishy washy pity cases.

With Karlach not so much. Sounds more like she escaped twitter, not Avernus. They should've at least tried to make some personality development arc with her, bringing out her good side over time or w/e, but nope, everything just goes in a straight line. Owl Cub and Scratch have more depth.

that's exact the problem the writers of her origins have single clue what they write about.

she spend 10 years at the front line of the abby's as front soldier they not tell which side (which is absolute impotent) *first clue writers have no idea*

second all demons in this game are of ??? not explained
you have Tanar'ri "your typical Psycho types, and Baatezu (your contract types "nice guys")
she do not belong to both groups because how she is.
she do not belong in the game, how she current is.
