Nightsong not in camp, quest chain messed up

Hi all,

Seems I forgot to speak to Nightsong after the Ketheric Thorm fight at the end of act 2 and she is not in my camp. This has for sure messed up quite a few quest chains (lorroakan, Shadowheart personal one). Now I cant go back to Act 2 to speak with her and I do not want to start act 3 from the beginning as I believe I progressed a bit into it. Any suggestions? You reckon Larian will release a fix for this?

I'm in the same situation, realised 20h later that I was not supposed to tp after the Ketheric fight. I have a backup save juste before entering act 3 and when I tp back to Moonrise I can have all the discussions indeed. But 20h, that's a bummer... So right now, I started my second playthrough waiting for a fix from Larian or someone else... For such important character and companion quest, I didn't expect to be able to miss a discussion trigger so easily :(

Which ketheric thorm fight? There are 2.

I'm not even sure you can miss either one though. But in the second fight you can miss saving nightsong, so.. maybe that's what happened?

Yeah, Ketheric is a two stage fight, have you done the second stage yet?

guys thanks for the response, I messed up with not speaking to nightsong after defeating ketheric (that sequence where you get teleported to the moonrise towers after defeating him). Should have spoken to her and she would say something like "ok i will be at the camp" but that is where I skipped

Oh damn I'm not the only one in this case. We go straight to the castle after the end of Thorm's fight? In this case I'm a stupid too because I forgot to talk to him and so it's not a bug. This game is exceptional but I find that the follow-up of the quests is not necessarily very instinctive for some ^^ I finished the quest of Shadowheart. I went to the House of grief... But she never had the silver hair ^^ I hope that for the end of the game it will not harm me.

Do you know why my Shadowheart has always black hair in the middle of Act 3. I save Nightsong, I don't understand

just an update here- she is back in the camp after killing lorroakan. on the easiest difficulty, it was not a challenging fight. Things seem to be ok with her like she doesnt seem to be bugged or anything.

One thing is that though I couldn't get shadowheart cutscenes to pop up (Shadowheart speaking with Niightsong etc.)

i am finishing the last sidequests in act 3 before heading for the ending. now i realize i might forgot nightsong in act 2, too. i didnt understand what i have to do with lorroakan and what happened to nightsong, thats why i started investigating and found this post here. kinda cruel to be locked out of the quest because 1 missed dialogue.

I had this problem too, but managed to fix it by attacking Larroakan on my own and forcing the battle. Probably missed a whole bunch of content still, but after the fight when Larroakan was defeated Aylin appeared in my camp and I was able to have all of the recruitment conversations with her, etc. Hopefully this will also put Shadowheart's quests back on track...

You have to long rest occasionally for things to happen.

User error, no need a fix. Just roll back save or finish it without Dame Aylin.

Lorrakan is garbage, Dame Aylin didn't even get a single hit on him and he is dead before all 4 party member gets a hit on him (died after 2nd pt member)

But i tried to speak with her after the act 2 final fight. She was not talk-able though. Lol.
