Do you wanna replay immediately or waiting for some patches
I already have another character in my mind when I am finishing my first time but I am kinda wanna wait for some patches and more QoL stuff like transmogs or the ability to change your look because it feels like its gonna get added with how many people wish for that or atleast theres gonna be mods for that.

On the one side I wanna do another character directly and on the other I may miss out of the good patches that comes later and I don't know if I wanna do it a third time.

There are already mods out there for a lot of things. Now that I've finished my custom character, I'll be installing some mods and going for Origin playthroughs. You shouldn't wait for patches that actually change anything but optimization, no "Definitive Edition" type of patch will be out for at least a year or so.

Ill be replaying and rolling a full githyanki party after i finish my playthrough to see different consequences.
It made me want to play BG 2 again. Going to wait a couple of months or a year before replaying to let Larian fix the bugs. But might not replay it either, Act 3 really, really dragged out in my opinion. That mixed with the glitches made the last act ruin any momentum from Act 2 that I felt. And Act 1 didn't really do much in terms of story buildup either, it was quite disjointed, come to think about it much of the story is rather disjointed.

I have never completed the game. I have no desire to do so quickly. I am into the journey and not the destination. Up to now I have a load of on going games and pick one at random each day, so I am playing through the game slowly but viewing the game from many angles.

I have always found this the best approach to familiar myself with the games mechanics and story. The game I start and finish has not been created yet. When I do it will be with the best character and approach. The one that suites me the most.

I'm already on my second playthrough and will do a third if I get to it before Starfield releases (or if Starfield is garbage).

I see no reason to wait for game updates. I'm not having any issues or glitches that are even a little bit showstoppers, and it's not like they are going to add a bunch of actual content with an update, at least not any time soon.

Regarding appearance changes, btw, there's already a mod that (partially) adds that.

Gonna wait for some patches. I did not encounter any severe game-breakers in Act 3 people are reporting, but I do think that some of the scripting things need a bit of poilsh.

Ah, Starfield? Another biggy to look forward to. Bad time to release though. It has to at least be near the bar BG3 has set, or people are going to most disappointed.

Kinda hell-bent on achievement farming, but also happy to wait on some patches to see how many "major" patches they have in the pipeline that dramatically impact quest flows and other game-play. Feels like they stitched Frankenstein's monster together a little too haphazardly, and I may enjoy the next run more if it's more aligned with the original vision of what the game would be.

If anyone expects anything from Bethesda on release day, they haven't been paying attention. I bought the sucker's edition of Starfield but I don't expect it will be playable or worthwhile until 2025, because that's just how Bethesda does things.

Once my sp playthrough is done I'll prob do a mp one with a few mates.. but won't do another sp one for some time.. mainly because I want to play other games as well haha

I'll be playing starfield if it actually works on release as well..

But for sure in a few months I'll jump back for another run on this..

I don't really agree with that assessment. Starfield is not a cRPG. Yes, it is an RPG, but not a cRPG.

The two games surely have a lot of overlap in terms of audience, but being different genres I doubt BG3 releasing first will have any kind of substantial impact on Starfield. If it's good.
