Mods in a multiplayer game.

If I use mods via the Vortex and then go to a multiplayer game with my friends will they need the same face mod that I have for it to work?

I find the faces of the female characters to be rather ugly and I have found a mod which gives me more options. If I use this mod will I have to remove it to play in multiplayer mode?

The face file mods only effect client side, so if you join someone's game, it should only effect you.

The only way it would effect multiple people is if the game decided to read off your game files and then send it to the other players.
Which I strongly doubt will happen.
