What level did you fight her and win? I made the mistake of trying at level 4 and got TPK'd in 2 rounds.

Level 3 on tactician, but with a fair few reloads and a decent bit of RNG. Ended up having my mage sneak into position and casting magic missiles at level 2 to get rid of 4 of her doubles in one go before they were able to destroy any of my characters.
She went down very quickly once her doubles were gone, they're really the only threat. Lae'Zel + monk + Shadowheart + Gale did the job, she didn't even have the time to spawn the second round of illusions.

Also gave shoving her down the chasm a go, and it worked like a charm, but then you lose out on some loot.

lvl 4. i had a sorcerer and gale in my party tho so the aoe + ranged attacks were great for dealing with the clones.

also frog girl and karlech were positioned on top and in a great place to get an alpha strike after she spawned in.

Level 5, balanced. My main character is a Ranger, and having two near-certain hits per turn makes the illusions quite harmless.

I did reload the fight once though, because I miscalculated the cage's stability...

5 and ripped her apart before she went down into her hole.

Used fireball + potion of speed.

This seems like the most efficient tactic so far. Well done! Magic missiles saved the day again.

Level 4 on tactician. You can drink potions every turn as a bonus action even from other characters inventories, press tab and right click any potion. You can throw alchemist fire on the ground to dispel the illusions since they deal 1 damage even on a miss.

You can easily throw her in the hole

The fight was being hard until I realized I could do that and Lae'zel achieved it quite easily. I was level 3 or 4 I think.

Lvl 5 necromancer. If you talk to her and choose specific dialogue to not make her run while also refusing her deal, you can lure her outside with an undead (for some reason humanoid npcs like to follow undead summons while screaming "get out of here, shoo" and shes not an exception) and then attack her outside, for some reason she wont run like she does inside the hut and will fight you to the end, and you can easily kill her that way without going through any of her bullsht in the cave. Kinda cheesy but it works well

To each their own, but to me killing any boss like that is a waste. In this case you miss out on getting a free stat point.

Sucks though to miss out on a permanent +1 stat by doing that, would not advise.

Depends on the difficulty, really. Anyone telling you less than level 5 probably fought her on Balanced or below, which is fair. If you plan on fighting her on Tactician and plan for a specific outcome, level to 5.

I fought her with ease on tactician level 3-4. Shadowheart the MVP with silence. by the time she cloned, she was in 1hko range, so non issue. Her minions (which i had previously snook around thanks to Shart's PWAT) proved harder than the hag!

Team being wizard, paladin, cleric and rogue.

She's easy at level 4, just hit her clones first with 1 damage each and they go *poof*. The hard part is actually getting the hag to discuss surrender terms without dying AND keeping the girl alive. It bugs out quite a bit.

Hm I'll have to go back and try again. Honestly the first thing she did when I fought her the 1 time was spam hold person(if i remember correctly) and by her next turn crushed my party. I moved Lae'zel so far away trying to stop the cage from falling into the pit she wasn't any help

Im neutral good so i exterminated her after i spoke with her once. I barrelmancy'd her to death. Sadly most fights are gonna be like that, just like divinity. Shamelessly use the stealth and blow things up before their overtuned crap has a chance to launch.
