quest "ask the goblin priestess for help" can't complete if true soul gut already dead?

I got this quest after I killed all 3 leaders a long time ago, and now it points me to the altar location where True Soul Gut original stands, but only corpse remains. The quest does not auto complete but just appearing under the "Find a Cure" section.

Same. I've been trying to find a fix for that for days now. I don't mind the unresolved quest in my journal, but would like to maybe get some xp for solving it. ;-)
I also can't speak to her corpse, it says "corpse can no longer speak" (plus I doubt she'd be in the mood to talk to me anyway).

Ignore and move on, it gets removed once you head to Baldur's Gate

Dont worry about it. Even if you go to her and ask for help, she will just try to kill you like Nettie did in the grove. So you killing her cuz you decided to save the grove is anyways her ultimate fate.

Kk, thanks. As I said, I don't mind the journal entry. I'll just go on then. And after all, I did get XP for killing her, so it's fine, I guess. 😉

I waited to kill her after going through the whole "cure me" dialogue stuff. Ambushed her in her private room rather than letting her attempt the cure. That works to clear it out of the log properly when you do it.

Good to know about this issue though and how to respond when it happens, because I'm not likely to do it the same way on future playthroughs (already done it twice the way I mentioned above).
