Discord voice chat wont work

For some reason when I am in the game, my discord voice channel will not pick up my mic at all. Anyone else run into this or know how to fix it? I have never had this happen before

Got nothing to do with having to launch discord with admin rights?

Worked fine for buddy and I so far, we direct call each other tho not using a group if it helps.

I have tried everything, admin, multiple windows settings where apps use your mic exlusively, uninstalling discord, reseting voice and audio settings, using discord on web browser. just about everything

Same problem, any solution? I'd tried giving admin permisions, restarting Discord, restarting my computer, reinstalling Discord...Nothing works... >:(

Having the same issue right now. I was not having this issue before updating NVIDIA drivers. Wonder if it could be that?

Boys, I was able to fix it! I did few things...
1. Reinstalled the NVIDIA driver
2. Verified the integrity of the game files
3. Set Discord to always run as ADMIN

Finally It worked.
The problem is with the driver 537.13 (Nvidia GeForce). The good version is the 536.99.

Solved. Turned out to be my headset software's (Corsair iCue) "noise removal" feature. Disabled it and the problem went away, even when using Nvidia Broadcast.
