Dragonborn lack customization.

They barely are customizable compared to the other ones and until Act 3 I did not see one as a NPC.

-They lack Scars,
-Jewelry does not fit them and is clipping or is inside the Character.
-The only way to Customize their Skin (Scales) is to pick Sorc-Draconic Bloodline.
-They look strange in anything but Robes.

It's obvious that Larian has put a lot of effort into making Dragonborn not look like monsters you'd rather slay, but not like Furry either.

But I agree with you on one side, more options would really not be bad.

-The horns and *hair* (those needle bristles, tentacles, long flat scales) should be individually selectable.
-Make-up for cheeks.
-Jewelry for the horns.
-tattoos and scars.
-Different scales shapes like fishing net, anaconda, crocodile.
-False eyelashes *laugh*.
